The Meadowland's Picks for Wednesday night 2-24-10

1st. # 10 Princess Robyn--- Wide open race featuring struggling horses. Has work cut out from post 10, but with  a few anticapated breakers and Brennan's ablilty to make speed this mare might get a better trip then you would think on paper. Won 5-17 last year which is better then any horse in here.  10-3-8-9

2nd. AK'S Livin Large--- Here is your Daily Double key. Brennan looks to maybe sweep the Double. Horse drops into a winning situation, looks like short price!!  7-3-2-6

3rd. # 6 Man O Matic--- Lost to a  stakes quality horse in that Qua. Was closing in on that horse at wire, and that horse came back to race huge in alot higher level then this. Gingras choice of 3 horses. 6-7-4-8

4th. # 5 K Slater--- Raced big in first 2 Big M starts, and may actually offer a little value here. Team Miller looks to have another monster here with # 10. I will take a shot to upset the first time Big M starter here from post 10.  Sharp horse with Sears and Big M experience and post edge on main rival.  5-10-2-7

5th.# 2 Star Artist--- Should sit either 1st or 2nd in here. Hoping to save ground and shake loose in lane, might just work.  Moves in from back to back races from 10 hole.  2-7-6-3

6th. # 8 Great Soul--- I loved his last race!!! Looked awesome on the track, and race big to win very easily. Could have went much faster, should stay close to the #7 , then out kick him in lane.  8-3-7-1

7th. # 6 Village Bolero---  Looking for the old drop and pop here. Dube will blast out of gate, catch her if you can!!! 6-4-3-10

8th.# 5 Book Mark--- Takes huge class drop for 2nd start off Qua.  got the tour of the track last start and Schnittker made sure he stayed flat to avoiding having to qualify again. Will be raced hard here, as good as any.  5-3-7-6

9th.# 7 Dancing with Fire--- Got parked to a blistering half mile and understandably tired late. Any smoother trip and this horse will be getting his picture taken in winner's circle.  7-3-10-5

10th. # 7 Linden Beauty--- Comes from Balmoral and might have found right spot for first Big M start. No tour of the track here, might be too fast for these.  7-5-8-10
