3rd. # 9 Cambassador--- Should be a fair price tonight with a couple of monsters inside of him. I really like how this horse has looked on the track so far, and he held very gamely against a standout winner in last. Should be alot of speed in here, so look for Pierce to float out of gate for position, and then be 2nd or 3rd over. Can pick up the pieces and finish the best.    9-4-2-7

4th. # 3 Pang Shui--- Another horse I am very high on for this meet. 2nd start off the bench and looks poised for a big effort.   3-8-2-9

5th. # 7 Mysticism--- Very wide open race, gets slight edge off of tough trip in last for team Miller. 7-5-1-6

6th.# 4 Hypnotic Blue Chip--- No price here with Brennan aboard.  Looks to be a tad too fast for these and expect the minister to get this horse an ideal 2nd over trip.    4-3-7-5

5th. # 7 Lisagain--- Will show speed tonight, and should sit right behind the # 2. Expect Sears to be very aggressive tonight. Horse is 3 out of 4 on an off track.  7-2-3-1

6th. # 1 Announcement N.--- This horse figures out much the best in here but does lose Tetrick here which surprises me. With inside post advantage this horse looks CLEARLY the best. 1-3-5-9

7th. # 4 Ideal Conditions--- Speedball will sit up close tonight. Been very consistant so far this year and has been in the money 13 out of 18 career starts on an off track.  4-9-3-8

8th. # 1 Bestnotlie Hanover--- Should show speed tonight and likes an off track. Keeps Sears and drew the rail. Wide open event!!  1-6-8-2

9th. # 7 Distinct Color--- I like this horses chances tonight with off track or fast track.  This horse projects out over 2 lengths faster then anyone in here. Its all about the trip for Silverman!!  7-8-9-1

10th. # 3 Smellthecolornine---Another horse that can race up front or from off the pace. Should blast out of the gate tonight and could wire this field at a decent price.  3-1-6-2

11th. # 6 One False Move--- Wide open race and horse showed sneaky late pace in last.  6-5-1-2

12th. # 8 Laguna Beach--- Speedy Gelding might sit right behind the # 4 and # 2 tonight.  Might pick up the pieces when those two tire in the lane. I will take the better price horse and hope for the best.  8-4-2-7

3rd. # 5 Hatsaway---Showed signs of rediness in that Qualifier against a stakes champion. Offers value and might be primed to upset this field at a very nice price in  first start off the bench.  5-1-3-4

4th. # 7 Salutation Hanover--- Raced big in first Big M start. Easier field here and Gingras choice. 7-9-5-3

5th. # 1 Ginger And Fred--- It's time to jump aboard here!! Moves in from post 8 to the rail. Comes off a 2 move effort and first over the last half. A must use here!!!!  1-6-3-7

6th. # 6 Eagle See--- Trying for a minor upset. Post 6 is perfect for this one move closer. 6-3-1-2

7th. # 2 American Lane--- Just missed last week as my top selection. Should race closer to the pace tonight, Brennan will step on the gas pedal tonight.  2-5-4-8

10th. # 9 Riley Rose--- Taking another chance with this horse. Hoping he blasts out of the gate and sits right behind # 8.  I will know after 10 seconds of this race if we have a shot or not.  9-8-1-3

4th. # 6 He's Redhot--- Just crushed many of these last week. This field is not much tougher, wont be 4-1 this week. Will not be denied!!!  6-7-8-1

5th. # 5 Broadway Jake--- Perfect post for this horse's racing style. Usually does well at this class, and gets Sears in sulky. Alot to like  here!!!  5-6-2-7

6th. # 5 Lennon Blue Chip--- Whats wrong here?? Down from 85,000 claimers just 3 starts back to just about the lowest level at the Big M. Either wins for fun or finishes last. Your call!!!  5-6-1-4

7th. # 10 Bluebird Dream--- I like how this horse just keeps grinding away and never quits. Post 10 will enhance the price. Trying to upset Pena's raging horse in # 5, who for some reason is dropping in class after crushing that last field.  10-6-3-9

8th. # 7 Spicy Caviar--- Sent to Yonkers for a race and got parked first over. Never was able to clear and faded late. I like that tightener of a race, and the fact his connections brought him right back to Club Med. Has huge shot at a big price to upset this field.  7-5-4-3

9th. # 6 Loverboy Hanover---First start back at Big M was very strong. This field is weaker, and same kind of move will sweep this field.  6-4-5-2

10th. # 2 Prime Xample A--- I love this horse tonight. Drops down in class, moves inside and gets Brennan back. Thats three very strong angles, but we will be lucky to get half of that morning price. 2-4-8-6

The Meadowlands - Saturday 2-27-10

1st. # 1 Beau Rivage N.  Two brutal trips in last two races. Drops again in class and gets the rail. Andy Miller in the bike, and he should get a nice cozy up front trip tonight.  1-9-2-4

2nd.# 5 Star Of The Game--- Shows speed on both ends of the mile in last race. Showing signs of  rediness, and drops in class as well. Sitting on a huge race here!!!! Big Shot!!!   5-2-3-8

3rd. # 4 Ideal Conditions--- Working back into form. Every way I imagine this race playing out , this horse is getting a great trip. If Dube blasts him out, he will have a pocket trip, if Dube takes back out of the gate, he will be 2nd over. It is a win win situation, and this horse is a must play because of the trip he is going to get in here. It doesn't hurt that he is also getting very sharp as well.   4-2-5-1

4th. # 3 Sky Tantrum--- I have been on this horse for 3 weeks now. Showed HUGE speed on both ends of mile in last race, and got nothing for it. Ran into a very impressive winner that night. Drops in class and there are no killers in here, also gets a huge post shift. Clearly the horse to beat!! 3-5-10-1

5th # 2 Art At Heart--- Looking for the 1/4 brush and crush move from Brennan here. Looks ready to win in this wide open event.  2-6-1-4

6th. # 1 Special Joe--- Very Very Live price play here from Joe Anderson barn. Comes from Yonkers in fine form, this horse likes a big track as well. Has a sub 150.0 mark over at Balmoral, has rail and gets Sears. Likely to be over looked at the windows as well.  1-6-7-4

7th.# 2 Military Stratcom--- Sharp horse, got parked well past the first quarter in last and tired late. Thats ok, should be tighter now, gets Tetrick and is a must play tonight.  2-8-3-9

8th.# 9 Kennans Josh--- Takes a key drop in class tonight. Has speed to overcome poor post and gets  Tetrick in the sulky. Alot to like, but might not be a huge price.  9-2-1-4

9th. # 3 Announcement N. Been racing very well, and closing very strong. With the anticapated speed duel in here this horse should get a nice 2nd or 3rd over trip. ALOT to like here!!!  3-6-7-9

10th. # 5 Theory's Hero--- Trying for a big upset here!! Horse has been off 3 weeks but this race sets up perfectly for him, Should be 2nd over tonight, and this field isnt that strong. # 3 will be a heavy favorite, but he was driven very hard last week and that may have taken a little out of him.  5-2-3-6

11th. # 1 Amber Fella--- Drops down below claiming price, so that sends out a few red flags. That being said, this horse just cruised at this level 2 starts back, hard to ignore that.  1-4-6-5

12th.# 3 Orr Hanover---Very weak field here, and this horse got locked inside and shuffled back in last. Look for Tetrick to be very aggresive here. 3-9-5-7

6th. # 6 Ladainian--- Won his last convincingly, and this is not much of a class hike in my eyes. Actually I think this field is weaker then the last field he beat. Looks like a 2 horse race, exacta box time.  6-2-3-1

7th.# 9 Ten Big Soldiers--- Comes off first over trip, looked super on the track. He might be sitting on a big race here and at a very nice price.  9-1-2-10

8th. # 6 Muscles Marinara--- Drops below the price he was claimed for, which means be very careful here. Will either wire this field easily or come to a halt, your call? I think it is a classic drop and pop spot. 6-5-8-3

9th. # 3 Sleep Easy---Slight upset call here. Didn't like the half mile track over at Yonkers in last. Did beat the # 2 two starts back. Finally sheds the poor posts, and I like this spot tonight. 3-8-2-6

10th. # 5 Sporty Deed--- Broke in last, and was a bit hard to drive before the break. Hoping for some equipment changes. horse has a ton of speed and looks to be very talented. Break last races helps the price, not really a strong field.  5-2-4-6

Wednesday night started well but really ended poorly.  The winners I did have were very short priced and none of my priceshots came in on the entire card. Bet 1000,00 and returned only 224.50. On to Thursday nights card ( weather Permitting) Freehold has already cancelled their card for today.  As for my bets, going back to usual bets, 20.00 to win on all of my top selections , 10.00 exacta's and 5.00 reverse exacta's. 5th.# 2 Star Artist--- Should sit either 1st or 2nd in here. Hoping to save ground and shake loose in lane, might just work.  Moves in from back to back races from 10 hole.  2-7-6-3

6th. # 8 Great Soul--- I loved his last race!!! Looked awesome on the track, and race big to win very easily. Could have went much faster, should stay close to the #7 , then out kick him in lane.  8-3-7-1

Saturday Night at Big M was an up and down night. Had a few winners but a couple of my key horses didnt win. I wagered 1000.00 on Saturday night and returned only 553.00. So I lost 447.00 on the night.

Sunday's card isn't the strongest card I have ever seen, but lets see if we can get one of my price shots home. I will wager 20.00 to win on all my top plays. 10.00 exacta wheel's my top play over my 2nd,3rd, and 4th selections. 5.00 reverse exacta wheel's my 2nd,3rd,and 4th selections over my top selection. 1st. # 8 Hit Away--- Goes to Josh Green's Barn now, 3rd week straight this horse has been claimed. Gets Brennan back in the bike, who has enjoyed great deal of success with this horse. Should blast out and either be on lead or sitting 2nd. Either way, horse has big shot.   8-6-3-1

2nd. # 9 Sky Tantrum--- I am sticking with this horse!!  I loved him last week and Goodell did not have him at the gate to blast out and he got stuck in a dull outer flow.  Still closed willingly allbeit way too late. Gets Pierce now, and he will get this horse in the right position.  9-1-8-2

3rd. # 6 Line Of Fire--- Gets Sears back, and is sharp as a tack right now. Just kept digging last time out to just miss. Horse is very versatile, and I believe Sears will take back and come 2nd over and close the fastest down the lane.  6-2-4-5

4th. # 7 Yankee Stardom--- Trying for a minor upset here. Gets another huge class drop, and main rival has post 10. Not alot of speed in here, and I wouldn't be surprised if Gingras blasts out.  7-10-5-8

5th. # 10 Allamerican Navajo--- Looks like a very solid play to me even from post 10. Has been racing much faster then most of these have been going as of late. Coming off a tough trip, fanned four wide and came flying to just miss. Post enhances odds, USE!!!!!   10-3-9-6

6th. # 7 Majestic Jackpot--- A very competitive race here in the final of the Exit 16w series. My strategy in finals of stake races is to try and find a horse that can leave the gate and get a good inside journey. Then shake loose in the lane when the front runners are all used up and fly by. This horse fits that perfectly, I think Pierce will leave the gate then sit and save ground, so lets hope for room in  stretch.  7-4-6-10

7th. # 6 Cheyenne Barry--- Just squeezes in this condition. It is almost like this condition was written for him. Showed good speed on both ends of mile last week and may win this at a price.  6-1-5-7

8th.# 6 BG'S Folly--- Impressed me with the power he showed me in the elimination. Not the smoothest gaited horse on the track, but this horse really has a motor. Needs Pierce to get him into position to use his big move at the right time to win this race.  6-2-1-3

9th. Beau Rivage N.--- Another huge drop, and you all know I was all over this horse last week. He did run into a very strong field on that drop, and he showed very high speed. Tired badly but those were open level horses, and there are none of those in here!! Gets Buter and I am very high on him as a driver. Horse has a big move and with post 5, I believe he will come from off the pace tonight.   5-4-2-1

10th. # 7 Go Go Solano--- Looking for a small upset here. May sit early and let them mix it up and pick up the pieces late. Keeps Brennan and going for 80,000 in Aquarius Final, and the minister usually does his best work in the finals of stake races.  7-2-4-5

11th. # 5 Future Cruiser--- Throwing a dart here!! Very wide open race, and  horse is coming around.  Been showing a very fast last quarter in his last two races. Might get ideal 2nd over trip.  5-1-2-6

12th. # 8 Lookout Hanover--- I feel this horse is coming around, and his last race is much better then it looks on paper.  Tetrick won on Thursday night with a horse that looked identical to this and he cruised from post 10.  8-7-1-5

13th. # 2 Orr Hanover--- Moves in from 3 straight poor posts, and got 3 straight checks. This is Tetrick's choice, and it will be mine as well. Very versatile horse, just needs a smooth journey.  2-7-3-6

Friday night I only had 2 winners on top. Last race hit @ 12-1. Thanks to that race and my top pick finishing 2nd a few times, I was able to hit a few reversed exacta's. I was able to only hit 2 out of 12 races and still manage a profit of 370.50 for the night. That is proof right there that it is important to key your top selections 1st and 2nd.

For saturday's card I will do the same exact thing. 20.00 to win on my top selection in every race. 10.00 exacta wheels, my top pick over my 2nd.,3rd, and 4th selections. 5.00 reversed exacta wheels, my 2nd,3rd, and 4th selections over my top selection. With the likely fast pace that often happens in finals of stake races, I can make a case here for her to sit and wait and pick up the pieces. Was a little keyed up in that race and Campbell had no choice but to pull her, so I am looking for a few equipment changes tonight.
